Couponing is EASY
The trick to couponing is simply to find a high value coupon that can be used on small size or on sale items. The end result is getting that product for almost nothing. There are a lot of other tricks to learn but that is the basic idea. When you do find a good deal, get as much as you can because some of these deals are more scarce than others. For example you might get toothbrushes this week and laundry detergent next week. You need a good stockpile of these items until you can get more at a great price.
If you keep your coupon inserts until they expire and keep them organized, you should be able to stock up on almost everything you and your family needs and easily save over 50%. Pointers --Don't go Clipping Crazy! When you get your coupons keep them all in tact. Find your deals, list your deals for each store and insert, then clip them. You will save a lot of stress this way. --Organize your coupons. Keep each coupon insert with the date on the front, and keep them in order along with your list for each insert. This way if you get another insert you can go back to your list and clip the coupons you need. --PAY ATTENTION TO SMALL DETAILS. Many coupons have details on the bottom. The main things you need to pay attention to other than expiration date, are the per customer, per item purchased. These will tell you 2 very important things things 1. Specifics (4oz or larger, 5pack or more, excludes trial sizes, etc) 2. Transactions. ("a" per customer) means ("a" in each transaction) example: You want 8 packs of gum, the coupon is for 2 packs and it says "LIMIT 2 COUPONS PER CUSTOMER" You can get 4 packs and use 2 coupons then when you do that same transaction again, you have 8 packs. 3. "LIMIT ONE COUPON PER PURCHASE OF ITEMS AND QUANTITIES STATED" simply means you can't use 2 coupons for one item, not that they can't all go in the same transaction. You can still use 8 coupons for 8 products getting $1 off of one |
